I recommend trying it out, the world/atmosphere is pretty good and despite it's flaws I'm enjoying it, I'm not going to suck the games dick, I'm going to be honest, this is a 6/10, it's an above average game, but there are far better survival and zombie games out there depending on what it is you're looking for.
The game is fun no doubt about that, I'm enjoying it but the problems are very blatant, also glitches are common when it comes to opening doors and whatnot, just having to press E in general often bugs out. Stealth is also quite bad, a lot of it just doesn't seem to work properly, they can be alerted to your position for seemingly no reason, throwing something like a molotov will alert all enemies to your exact location despite there being no way for them to know where it came from.Īlso the marketing bullshit from the gameplay reveals and whatnot is complete bullshit, massive hordes don't happen like that, so far being several hours deep there's only a handful of enemies, no hordes, very disappointing. AI seems to have this tether to locations, going out of that tether range causes the AI to break. Gameplay is fine, it's pretty fun but the AI is awful, they do a lot of stupid things, to test it yourself simply shoot to alert everyone and then sit in cover, watch as the AI does the dumbest shit.
